Our Fundamental classes are beginners-friendly and designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates and Barre, postural cues, and equipment settings. However, all Xtend Barre classes are multi-level and cater to everyone from beginner to advanced.
As a new Upsider, you need to take at least 5 Reformer Fundamental classes to master the fundamentals and build confidence for Reformer Dynamic Flow & Cardio Sculpt multi-level classes. If you are a seasoned practitioner who wants a more challenging practice, approach our instructor after your first Reformer Fundamental class to find out if you are ready to progress.
You are also advised to attend at least 1 Xtend Barre class to join the Xtend Barre Magic Circle class, and 5 Xtend Barre classes before joining an Xtend Barre Stick class.
